Using the website or purchasing a product constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Purchasers must be legally able to enter a contract. Minors must use the website through a parent or guardian.

• Original artworks are individually produced.
• Hand-painted pieces may contain natural variations.
• Colors may appear differently across screens.
• Product dimensions may have minor reasonable variations.
• Street-art texture, drips, overspray, markings, and imperfections may be intentional.
• Product photographs are illustrative but are intended to accurately represent the item.

• An original is sold only once unless clearly described otherwise.
• Limited editions state edition size when applicable.
• Edition numbers cannot be selected unless offered.
• Certificates of authenticity do not grant copyright or reproduction rights.
• Ownership of a physical artwork does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject an order
• Cancel fraudulent orders
• Correct obvious pricing or inventory errors
• Limit quantities
• Contact the purchaser for verification

If a paid order is canceled by the seller, the customer will be refunded.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes and shipping are calculated during checkout.
• Payment must be successfully authorized.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

• Custom work requires written scope approval.
• A deposit may be required.
• Deposits, revision limits, timeline, shipping, cancellation rights, and usage rights will be stated in a separate commission agreement.
• No custom project begins until payment terms are accepted.
• Custom and personalized artwork may be final sale except for damage, defects, or rights required by law.

All website content and original artwork — including the Money Hand character, other characters, paintings, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, text, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to The Art of 4MAT and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The following are prohibited without written permission:

• Copying artwork
• Selling reproductions
• Creating merchandise
• Removing signatures or watermarks
• Using content commercially
• Creating derivative commercial products
• Scraping image libraries
• Using artwork or site content for artificial-intelligence training, model development, datasets, or generative output

Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction, licensing, trademark, publicity, or commercial-use rights.

• By submitting materials (commission requests, testimonials, uploaded reference images, form submissions), you confirm you have permission to submit the material.
• You retain ownership of your submission.
• The Art of 4MAT receives only the limited permission needed to review the inquiry or provide the requested service.

• Fraud
• Unauthorized account access
• Malicious code
• Automated scraping
• Interference with checkout
• Infringement
• Harassment
• Misuse of contact forms
• False identity
• Resale using misleading affiliation claims

Payment processors, social platforms, carriers, and external links are governed by their own terms and policies.

The website and products are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights that legally cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Art of 4MAT's liability is limited. Nothing in this section excludes liability where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify The Art of 4MAT for claims arising from your misuse of the site, infringement, fraud, or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue is [COUNTY, CALIFORNIA].
