Customer Care

Care Instructions.

Every piece is made to last with reasonable care. These guidelines help protect the surface, color, and integrity of your artwork.

General Guidance

  • Keep artwork out of prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Avoid moisture and extreme temperature changes.
  • Do not use household cleaners.
  • Handle paper and painted surfaces carefully.
  • Lift canvases by the frame rather than the face.
  • Consult a professional conservator for restoration.

Printed Canvas

Dust gently with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. Never apply liquid cleaners. Avoid contact with sharp objects and keep away from direct heat sources.

Acrylic and Spray-Paint Originals

Hand-painted originals may have layered texture and drip marks. Do not touch the painted surface. Dust only with an ultra-soft brush.

Paper Editions

Store flat, in a dry environment, protected from light. Frame with UV-filtering glass and acid-free matting for long-term display.

Stickers

Apply to clean, dry, smooth surfaces. Once placed, removal may leave residue or damage the surface. Outdoor exposure will reduce color life.

Framed Artwork

Clean the glass or acrylic with a soft, dry cloth. If required, spray a small amount of a non-ammonia glass cleaner onto the cloth — never onto the frame — and wipe gently.

A Note on Longevity

With reasonable care, your artwork will hold up well over time. No artwork is fully immune to environmental change, so we do not promise that artwork will never fade or deteriorate.
