Personal Viewing

You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. Screenshots for personal reference are fine; commercial or public use requires written permission.

Editorial Image Requests

Approved, high-resolution images are available to press outlets for editorial coverage under a written usage agreement. See the Press page.

Commercial Licensing

Commercial licensing — including advertising, packaging, apparel, and product — requires a written license agreement. Contact licensing@theartof4mat.com.

Brand Collaborations

Collaboration inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please include scope, timeline, region, and intended use.

Artwork Reproduction

Reproducing, printing, or redistributing any artwork is prohibited without written permission. This includes physical, digital, tokenized, and derivative forms.

Merchandise

Only official merchandise released by The Art of 4MAT is authorized. Unauthorized merchandise infringes on the studio's rights and will be pursued.

Film, Television, Games, and Entertainment

Use of any artwork, character, or content in film, television, games, or other entertainment media requires a separate license. Contact licensing@theartof4mat.com.

Artificial-Intelligence Use

Artwork and site content may not be used for artificial-intelligence training, model development, datasets, or generative output without written permission. This restriction applies to text, images, video, and audio associated with The Art of 4MAT.

Purchases Do Not Transfer IP

No purchase of physical artwork transfers the copyright or grants the buyer permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, tokenize, mint, animate, merchandise, commercially display, license, or create derivative products from the artwork.

Reporting Infringement

To report suspected infringement, contact legal@theartof4mat.com with:

  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the original work
  • Identification of the alleged infringing material and its location
  • A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • Your electronic or physical signature
